Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) told MSNBC's "Morning Joe" on Friday that the media has the responsibility to ignore the Tea Party and not give any credence to their views. Here's what he said:
SEN. JOHN KERRY: "And I have to tell you, I say this to you politely. The media in America has a bigger responsibility than it's exercising today. The media has got to to begin to not give equal time or equal balance to an absolutely absurd notion just because somebody asserts it or simply because somebody says something which everybody knows is not factual.
"It doesn't deserve the same credit as a legitimate idea about what you do. And the problem is everything is put into this tit-for-tat equal battle and America is losing any sense of what's real, of who's accountable, of who is not accountable, of who's real, who isn't, who's serious, who isn't?"

No one in the legislature will actually be accountable to voters until the 17th amendment is repealed and the stupidly chosen 435 member congress abolished. There should be several THOUSAND representatives in the House, not one per nearly a million citizens.
I figured he was coming up for reelection after watching him interrupt Marco Rubio during his Senate speech on debt reduction in order to get his big, ugly face on TV.

I clicked on a headline about the Tea Party, I started reading the article and John Kerry is scolding the media about it's relationship with Al Gore.
For all the good it will do us. I really want to start voting with my feet.
I wholeheartedly agree with Kerry. Time to stop giving equal credence and equal time to those wacked out yahoos in the DOP with their unfactual, inaccurate, absurd assertions.
Liberals are their own best psychologist. What they project on others is exactly what they themselves are doing. I just wonder if they are aware of this. It’s a real mental sickness.

John Kerry was dishonorably discharged from the Navy. He should not be allowed to hold his head up in public, much less hold public office. He’s a liar, a dyed-in-the-wool elitist, an enemy of the Constitution, and a scumbag, besides. F*^& him.
Marxists want a total monopoly of information. They are 100 percent intolerant of dissenting opinion. In their book, any deviation from their ideology is “insanity” and in the USSR, such dissenters were locked up in quack mental hospitals and injected with dangerous mind-altering drugs. THAT is the mindset of Comrade Kerry. Who in America would sheepishly submit to that? I sure as hell won’t.
Oh but always make sure the extremist views of the ACLU, LULAC, La Raza, NOW, NAACP, FAIR . . .get airtime.
