Alternate universe time - and yes, I know most folks here get it - but I am so tired of this being spun as a defeat for Obama! It was a defeat for the Tea Party - because “the deal” gave Obama everything he wanted!!!

It is long past time to Primary every one of those ensconced, self serving elites, euphemistically known as our “Representatives”.
May God give us the strength.

Honestly unless the tea party for some reason evaporates for lack of basic American patriotism across our great nation (which isn’t gonna happen) last month was a huge score for the good guys.
The political spectrum has been redefined in the public mind - no longer is it democrats vs republicans.
Now, our nation is split along the sides communism vs patriotism.
Bureaucracy vs people.
Selfish vs responsible.
People notice that. Don’t think for a moment the tea party movement lost. Keep pushing.
