Quite right. I’ve been saying that for close to 20 years. Companies that outsource critical operations and throw away longtime employee experience are likely to experience at a minimum a fair amount of disappointment.

Unfortunately, they probably won't.

They'll just line-up for a government / taxpayer bailout because they are "too big to fail".

After they've cashed the gomint check, they'll go right back to outsourcing, and probably avoid paying taxes to boot!
