Hot wings marinating in hot wing sauce and about ready to put them on the smoker grill. Got ESPN radio on the head phones to follow race while tending grill. Beer for today’s race is Tommyknocker Butt Head Bock. Beer named after Big Horn Ram, not me :)
Looks like a good team (at least compared to mine). We’ve got a pork loin marinating in bbq rub, almost ready to throw on the coals, then slaw and bush beans on the side. Cold Heinie on the hoof.
