I am truly sorry to hear of the trouble you have.

In this case, the man was renting the home from his landlord whose son was using the home as his mailing address. The renter could have informed his landlord about his own son and if that was not good enough then threaten to move out.

I know I would have. If I am the one paying expensive rent for the home, it would be unacceptable to me that another would use the address for mail.

And considering the trouble we know this guy had from it, he would have been better off if he had sought to put an end to it or move.

But who knows, maybe he will get his million dollar lawsuit for being put on the grass. No wonder he is crying to the Drive-by Media blaming the police for what is at least half his own fault.

Heck, I should be so lucky. LoL!

Happens every day. Parents tend to trust children for something as simple as a mailing address.

You are assuming that the renter knew the landlord's son was using that address. Since makinmg assumptions is the best you've ever done we shouldn't be too hard on you.
