"Tossa’s landlord’s son, who apparently uses Tossa’s one-story house’s address for mailing.
Note the word "uses".
As in: active use.
Note the word "mailing".
As in: the operating mail system.
You have to be one serious Cop Hater to attempt the twisting of reality to suit your own warped perspective of the world. But we know where that comes from don't we?
