Justia.com - the supreme court site, has been deliberately erasing references to Minor vs. Happersett since 2008. WTH is SCOTUS doing erasing case law? More importantly THAT case law? The one with binding legal definitions of a natural born citizen being born to TWO parents who are citizens????? Woah.....

As I understand it, Justia is not a govt/SCOTUS site .. it’s the prominent judicial reference blog, apparently, but being it’s civilian, it means any level of muckraking obot can be operating there just like they do everywhere else they do .. on every front .. lying, twisting and conveniently excluding judicial facts to throw people off the truth.
The massive, comprehensive coverup has been operational on every front for this cretin since before he announced for potus.
It’s truly despicable .. and it would seem mandatory that, for any cases where Justia’s legal references were used in SCOTUS case arguments (which you’d hope they’d NOT be using Justia), those cases should definitely now be treated with suspicion and re-opened.

For posterity, due to the incredibly important nature of this information, I have decided to keep the investigative report exactly where I first published it, in the comments section of my previous report.
This is beyond shocking. Somebody, back in 2008, just prior to the election, ordered these revisions and saw to their execution. This is direct tampering with United States law. And it is evidence that Minor v. Happersett was known to be a huge stumbling block to POTUS eligibility.
It confirms that Minor v. Happersett was seen as a dangerous US Supreme Court precedent which construed the natural-born citizen clause of Article 2 Section 1 to make only those persons born in the US to citizen parents (plural)… eligible to be President.
According to binding US Supreme Court precedent, Obama is not eligible to be President. And we are obviously very late coming to this legal truth.
Somebody at Justia.com tried to control and alter our awareness by hiding important Supreme Court references to Minor dating back to 2008. This is smoking gun proof of tampering. Please read my full report here.

And it is more proof than anyone needs to see that Minor v. Happersett is scaring the crap out of Obama supporters. These are United States Supreme Court cases being edited/revised to protect Obama.
The history of these revisions is also documented at the Way Back Machine which contains a snapshot of the Pope case at Justia dating from November 13, 2006… and guess what – that snapshot contains the entire passage. Then on July 25, 2008, the Way Back machine shows that Justia.com edited the page for the Pope case again.
Justia.com edited their page for the Pope case to erase the references to MInor and citizenship. So, again, it appears that the Obama team were way ahead of us on this. This is direct evidence that somebody with a very sharp legal mind ordered these revisions at Justia… ALL THE WAY BACK IN 2008.
Justia.com is the main resource on the web for all things related to United States Supreme Court holdings. And this may, in fact, be the straw that breaks the camel’s back. It’s the cover up that tends to bring down tyrants more often than not. These revisions did not happen – just prior to the 2008 election – by accident.
THIS MUST BE INVESTIGATED.
