former Gov. Jennifer Granholm, D-Mich is making an appearance. Now that NASA has retired the Space Shuttles (The 1975 Cutlass of the Space Program), Detroit is recycling other old models that should be bronzed and put in a museum, rather than relied on for anything useful.

And speaking of useful, now that NASA is no longer doing anything useful, why don't we just defund it?

David Plouffe on ABC - “smart” entitlement reform and tax reform is needed to cut defecit, long term.

George reminds Plouffe this last week should make it clear that there is no interest in the House to support tax reform. Plouffe seems to think they don’t represent average Republicans.

Christiane asks what will be paid/what won’t if debt ceiling isn’t raised - Plouffe won’t answer - focussed on solving the problem.
