Yes, the GOP get the bulk of the blame by the unknowing public, but they also blame Reid and Zero in almost equal numbers.

In 2012 the GOP candidate is going to be the outsider running against the DC machine. The Zero Dems have to defend their running DC for the last 4 years.

Rightly or wrongly the President is held to account for the state of the Economy, not the Congress. 2012 is going to be a referendum on Zero, not the GOP House
