If true, I’m surprised Obama agreed to that. Of course, the devil is in the details. There’s always a catch when dealing with RATS.

I'm surprised no enemy state has used this window of calamity to put one right down our stack. We're frozen as a nation over our budget with thousands of Washington power elites working their craft.
This was not a good thing, and don't think those who would do us harm were not watching and taking notes.
