Correct....and unfortunately for all of us, the courts have ruled a person is not a fetus. I don’t like it, you don’t like, most of us don’t like it. Our Constitution says we follow those rulings, which SCOTUS did in the 1970’s. If anything, they are doing exactly what you claim they are not...they are UPHOLDING the US Constitution, which is what they are supposed to do.

Give me a break. You really think Kagan or Sotomeyer care about the Constitution??? They don’t, and have said as much in their confirmation hearings. Even Ginsberg has stated that she thinks international law should trump ours.
The only justices who truly care about the Constitution are the four conservative ones we currently have, and perhaps Kennedy who’s been a decent tie-breaker in many important cases. (Not all, but some.)
