You’re absolutely right. The EPA’s ability to implement regulations whenever it wants is a huge problem. We need a combination of scaling back regulations and other solutions. I just think the main problem here is that the economy is trashed, and that the debt is an effect, not a cause of our problems. Lets use all the tools we have to implement a pro-growth agenda.
