Well, I do think repeated exposure to anything intriguing creates a desire for yet more. I remember when I was much younger, going through a phase where I was reading a lot of erotica. (I’m not much into pictures, but I do like to read!) And after a while, it did seem to be slowly changing my brain into something I didn’t like. One day I decided it had to stop, and I stopped cold. I don’t go near it now. It really is quite dangerous, IMHO.

No more Danielle Steel’s in the house? Geez my grandma had all those pulp novels around. Women read porn, men view it. There’s your difference in a nutshell. Mind’s eye versus physical eye.
