I grew up on his Westerns and he is the King of Cowboys.

I’m like you — when I was 9-10 years old, it was 1954-55, and Randolph had about 8 current movies — all good. I really loved the jut of his jaw. He was a Gary Cooper who didn’t mumble. Then, a few years later, he graced the screen with “Ride the High Country”, and was everything a man ought to want to be.
