There were still 6 Repubicans who had not voted by the time the bill was passed....they all voted NAY, after the bill was passed.....and we will NEVER know who those 6 were.

I quit following Congress "closely" a few years ago. Those worthless humans do what they want, and I have better things to do than waste my energy in a charade of "involvement." The USA is dead to me.
Reid’s going to now change it all and pass it back, which now becomes the Reid Bill....Republicans wont’ vote for it.
Because they won’t Obama has already said he has a surprise. This will make it look like Obama saved the day. He’s going to trump whatever way this goes....regardless of who thinks his hands are tied by the Constitution.
Thus the Republicans will look like the “problem”...the Democrates will shine for co-operating....and Obama will be the Savior of the Nation once again.
The Democrates purposely did not have a plan....this is simply going according to their agenda and why for over two years they never had intentions of putting forth a plan.
Tell me this can’t happen and I will be a happy camper....please.

I am thinking that the Balanced Budget Amendment might just get through. The tea party has correctly identified the democrats weapon of choice against the american people, spend us to death. Its time for that crappola to end.

He's just a talking head and mouthpiece. A mess of lawyers that are perpetually in Washington (unelected) write all the bills. The bill is already written. All Reid has to do is peel off the usual suspects from the GOP to get 60 in support, and the Senate proposal will be "live."

because they had to wait to see if their yes vote was going to be needed. Once it was clear they weren't, they could go ahead and vote no so they could tell every one they voted no. Chickens****.

This is where Bohner has a presser and says the Dims are changing our bill so it is not fiscally responsible, and will hurt all Americans. We will not accept it. We will wait until they sign accept my version, however long it takes.

When Bush was in office, the libs wanted a balanced budget amendment. Now they say a balanced buget amaendment is radical/extremist and is economic terrorism.
This is the second bill the House has passed and still the Democrates sit on the fence without one. I have real fears in the end Obama will trump both parties regardless of the fallout for doing so. The whole behavior of the Democrates is so Obama does just that. No plan in two years....and killing everything that reaches the Senate.
Obama’s bill was defeated by 97% in the Senate in may...he’s now going to show Congress he’s King I think.
The sad truth is we just don't have enough of our people in there. Got to get a bunch more in 2012 to put a restraining order on the Marxist tyrant.
Can anyone get ahold of the names of the 22 Republicans that stood their ground and voted against this? AND, of the Republicans who voted for it? I’d ESPECIALLY be interested in getting the names of the “Tea Party” Freshmen who went ahead and voted for it.....
