Ironically, if the Ottoman Caliph hadn't tried to liquidate the Yishuv, there would have been no Jewish Brigade in the British Expeditionary Force, and they wouldn't have helped the British cut off all the bridges and crossings of the Jordan River, and the Ottoman Empire would not have been taken apart.
