Or do we have the Old Testament / Jewish concept exercised, i.e. the Jubilee and forgiveness of all debts? With "forces" working against Israel, I can't see a concept like this taking hold in certain quarters....

Historically, what follows that immediately, is that the ill-served citizens erase the elected incompetents involved, both current and retired. They have nowhere to hide, the record is there and complete.
