Apparently the GOP leaders all missed the message of last election.They didn't miss it. They understood it and they are trying hard to mitigate its effects and co-opt the new members, to implicate them in traditional Republican chicanery so that their hands will be dirty, too, and their ties to the voters broken so that they truly will be dependent for any chances they have left for re-election on the Republican Party and its capos.

It is fair to support it, but not fair to threaten things like “we’ll redistrict you out of a job” if you don’t vote with us. That is the threat Jim Jordan received. So we should toss that PoS. boehner out for even allowing that kind of trash talk.
