The Supreme Court already legalized murder nationally. It's called abortion and it's killed over 40 million Americans. If abortion was always a states right, millions would have been saved. This is a smart move and I believe at least half of the states would ban abortion immediately.

OK there is no state in the union that has legalized murder (outside of abortion) today. If Roe was overturned how is then that abortion could be legal in any state unless a state decides that the unborn/preborn do not have natural rights?
In 2007 there were 113 co-sponsors (100 Republicans) to the bill H.R. 618: Right to Life Act, which was sponsored by Duncan Hunter. This bill states: To implement equal protection under the 14th article of amendment to the Constitution for the right to life of each born and preborn human person. If we got 113 votes in 2007 imagine how many we'd get now. Turn the Senate conservative and elect a conservative to the White House and there's a lot that could be done with respect to abortion.
