If Perry is such a strong supporter of States’ Rights, then he should remain governor and forget about POTUS.

One might reasonably ask why he hasn't lifted a finger to stop abortion in Texas, even with a super-majority in his legislature.

He and other supposed "pro-life" Republicans have actually codified the killing of innocent persons in the Texas Code.
