Yup. Why can’t they do it during the daytime or early evening? And for crying out loud, one with some sense would do it without any kids in a neighborhood. Our Skid Row in L.A., I’ve been there during the late afternoons by driving through it, but I wouldn’t want to get caught there past midnight unless I have my buddies with me.
