I agree with the TEA Party ideas, however, to go into Washington, without a Senate Majority, and get anything done is almost impossible. The Rebublicans only control the HOUSE, and without the SENATE, there are huge limits on Boehner’s power to get anything done.
Boener did present Cut, Cap, and Trade, and it was defeated...just where do they expect him to go. Boehner is trying to salvage the GOP reputation, because if THE PRESIDENT (and it will be his and Geithner’s decision) decides NOT to send out those SS and Vet checks, then look out, there will be chaos in this country. GOP WILL GET THE BLAME FOR NOT WORKING WITH THE PRES....just remember which Media controls the propaganda. Conservatives already know the answers, but they watch FOX, so the rest will be blaming GOP, if they don’t get paid....and it WILL affect those working, because the economy will tank!
Companies will lay-off, and with Municipalities bankrupt and their bonds tanking like dominos already, just how long do you think it will be before it’s at your door. Unless you are filthy rich, it coming your way too. So telling them to let the checks not be paid for SS, Vets, Military, disabled, Medicare, etc is liking hanging yourself, in the long run.
Boehner is doing it right, and that doesn’t make him a RINO, and I doubt anyone else could do any better. Zero came to his office to destroy our sovereignty, financially bankrupt America, and let the ONE WORLD GOVT take over. So why is anyone surprised at his behavior?
I have run more businesses than many so I think I know how to balance a budget. I deal with millions of dollars every day so I don’t need a lecture on finances.
You must show the opposition you aren’t afraid to tackle the real problem of spending and you won’t back down. They have NEVER had to deal with someone who isn’t afraid to stand up to them. They are used to getting their way because we always cave and they know it.
Look at some of the people who lost elections last year. some of the Democrats had been there for YEARS and didn’t think they would EVER lose eg; Blanche Lincoln (D- ARK)
