The Senate has formally said, by roll call vote, that it won't even CONSIDER taking the bill up.
Then it should be very clear to everybody, thanks to Republicans shouting over and over and over from the rooftops about this Senate stonewalling, that the crisis of a looming government shutdown lays squarely with Harry Reid and the Senate.
The Republicans ARE shouting this from the rooftops, right?
