This appeared in Politico, so, No Credibility Alert. The sentiment expressed is could be correct, but we’ll never know, because there’s too much pissing and moaning.
The budget proposals will wind up in conference committee, and IMHO won’t get settled until Christmas at the earliest. Since the partisan media is shilling fulltime on behalf of Zero, Mob-Ties Harry, and Tuna-Plant Nancy, the Demwit Party of the Single Party State can count on amnesia about the absolute limit of early August for the raising of the debt ceiling.
