Yes, that and other cultural reasons, propensity to save & work are some of them. I would be willing to be that native born Americans of Asian ancestry would have a higher net worth than whites.

You may be right.
I don’t know any Asians but I’ve always figured them to be hard working people
and maybe a little cunning.
I do see some very big homes and wonder where the owners came from.
