INDIANAPOLIS -- A nonprofit group has erected a billboard aimed at NASCAR fans visiting Indianapolis for the Brickyard 400 this weekend, with a message that the hot dogs they are eating aren't good for them.
The billboard depicts hot dogs as though they are in a pack of cigarettes that has a skull and crossbones on it.
"Warning: Hot dogs can wreck your health," the billboard chides NASCAR attendees.
The billboard was purchased by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. The group said more than 1.1 million hotdogs were served in the concession stands at the Indianapolis 500 last year.

That’s why I always put onions, relish, mustard and ketchup on my dogs. I want the serving of veggies to go with the “meat”.
:::Yawn::: Just another silly, leftist group.
Pass the hot dogs.
That’s 2.75 hotdogs for every single person in attendence (400,000).
That’s right!
I was just a he dr’s yesterday, and he said that I could eat anything that I wanted to as long as it was balanced.
On the other hand, ingesting hepatitis viruses via weird sex is A-OK!
Using tax dollars paid by NASCAR fans, no doubt.
And besides, how do they know it's not the buns?
There is sooooo much junk science in medical studies. I have seen over and over correlations without true cause and effect.
So often the results are decided before the study is even done.
Bull.
Used to work for Bryan. I formulated the products. The meat that went into pork, water, beef or all beef hotdogs was entirely skeletal muscle meat - stuff you wouldn’t have any problems putting a in crock-pot or roasting pan.
Can’t say as a much for Turkey or Chicken dogs. Mechanically de-boned meat is pretty nasty stuff.
Organ meat and other “stuff” goes into things like hot links and souse.
Maybe this group of docs should come with a warning label.
You need to push the "t" a lile harder
Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine =

Hotdogs are an appetizor around my house.
Being a cynical “follow” the money kind of guy, I suspect that the American Institute for Cancer Research was founded and funded by the concessionairs at the track. But ya’ got to understand NASCAR fans to make it work.
So can Kyle Bush.
I’d like to see a before race weekend & after picture of that billboard.
Hot dogs can wreck your health
So can Kyle Bush.
LOL!!
They are nutty as fruitbats, but hey....First Amendment.
They have every right to post insane babblings on a billboard.
