Priveledge to marry is a States’ Right thing and does not exist in the Federal gov’t. It’s no different than the priveledge to get a driver license. Prerequite requirements of State laws should be met before a license is granted in both cases.

So just how is Perry violating your particular sense of what is law? I suspect you are speaking from a moral rather than a legal basis and slinging mud on Perry, while his State, Texas, does not permit same sex marriage and had a sodomy law overturned by the courts.

Did you learn this at a Ron Paul rally?

It’s no different than the priveledge to get a driver license. Prerequite requirements of State laws should be met before a license is granted in both cases.

So, you are suggesting that a couple that gets married in Florida needs to get remarried if they move to Nebraska?

So just how is Perry violating your particular sense of what is law?

Actually, I'm just interested in seeing how quickly the Libertarians embrace the 14th Amendment that they've despised for so long. The 14th Amendment is what the Libertarians will use to force sodomite marriage on the rest of the nation.

I suspect you are speaking from a moral rather than a legal basis and slinging mud on Perry, while his State, Texas, does not permit same sex marriage and had a sodomy law overturned by the courts.

What does Perry have to do with the sodomy laws in Texas? Were they passed while he was in office? Is he trying to get new ones passed?
