Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) said Monday that President Barack Obama “would be impeached” if the nation falls into default.

“STOP talking about default,” he wrote on Twitter. “The 1st dime of each $1 of revenue services debt. Obama would be impeached if he blocked debt payments. C C & B!”

Dennis Kucinich called my mother about impeaching him over Libya. That would have been particularly appropriate if he had actually been the one calling instead of a hired caller considering my Mom’s dementia. But in this case I would have to agree with him in spite of his space cadet condition.

Clinton was impeached, but it failed and he remained in office. If the Pubs ever try to impeach again they better be able to prove what IS - IS or the party will go down in flames.
