Of course it was and is. There was never a doubt in my mind.
It’s funny how Chairman Obama and his lib cronies forget this part of the 14th Amendment:
“Section 5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.”
That means he can’t bypass Congress. Only Congress can settle the debt limit “crisis”. If our Dear Leader drags his feet, he can be impeached. If Commander Zer0 tries to bypass Congress, he can be impeached. If his henchmen try to encourage President Urkel to do so, they can be expelled from the Imperial Senate or the House.
