But forsaking an oath of office she swore by is too big an obstacle for me and alot of others to overlook."I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Alaska, and that I will faithfully discharge my duties as . . . to the best of my ability."

Given the situation,
a deluge of frivolous ethics complaints,
designed to render her ineffective in carrying out her duties,
how exactly did she "forsake" (renounce, abandon) her oath of office?

Uh, she quit.(duhhh)
As much as I hate mentioning Gov. Palin with "He Who Should Not Be Named", this certain president has several REAL legal issues during his EIGHT YEARS. One being lying under oath about an certain sexual harassment case. Yet he was able to honor his oath of office despite not being able to pay his lawyers until his term was finished. )
Palin too could have found some conservative friendly lawyers who could have postpone her "frivolous ethics complaints" until she fulfilled her term, write a book and pay off her legal bills. )
If ole Slick Willie could do that then Mrs Palin could as well. )
There, was that so hard?
