Something that might be worth looking into is tax supported churches in Norway. I’m not finding a whole lot but it sounds like religions in Norway are given official designations and people officially register with them.

It's like 95% Lutheran (I could be a few points off on that). And I think that, like Germany, a portion of the taxes goes straight to the Lutheran Church. Not sure if the small Catholic Church (only 20-50 thousand) gets any tax support or if Muzzies can direct their taxes to their mosques or not.
