Many attribute Rick Perry's achievements to "luck" so I think I'll embrace it -- a) It's catchy; b) Underestimation of Perry will be perilous to Obama.
Find a Perry pick him up and all the day you'll have good luck!
Rick Perry:
"FIRST: Don't spend all the money!"
"SECOND: Have fair and predictable tax and regulatory policy!"
"THIRD: Have a legal system that does not allow for over suing and where the loser pays."
