The Norwegian police on Saturday charged a 32-year-old man, whom they identified as a Christian fundamentalist with right-wing connections, over the bombing of a government center here and a shooting attack on a nearby island that together left at least 91 people dead. Multimedia

A spokeswoman for Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg said he was safe. He is being questioned under the country’s terrorism laws and is cooperating with the investigation, they said.

“We are not sure whether he was alone or had help,” a police official, Roger Andresen, said at a televised press conference, adding: “What we know is that he is right-wing and a Christian fundamentalist.” So far Mr. Breivik has not been linked to any anti-jihadist groups, he said.

So since you know you have no chance to score with Sarah Palin (and therefore resent her), you're reduced to wanking over pictures of jihadist family women? Dude, get some *serious* help. Cheers!

Wow, grey_whiskers! You actually turned a thread that discusses a terrorist attack in Norway and the possibility of muslim involvement and whether Christians and Muslims "were all alike" into a comment about "scoring with Sarah Palin".

Is that what you obsess about, grey_whiskers?

Thinking that you have a "chance" of "scoring with Sarah Palin"?

Is that what you think about when you fall asleep and are dreaming about when you wake up?

Dreaming that you have a "chance" of "scoring with Sarah Palin"?

Is that what you are still dreaming about at noon as you read about a Norwegian terrorist attack?

"Scoring with Sarah Palin"?

You know, grey_whiskers, you might want to talk to a psychiatrist about the benefits of finding yourself a girlfriend whose last name is not "Sarah.jpg"

In the mean time, since you are a Sarah Palin fan and believe that that "you have a chance to score with Sarah Palin" go back to your erotic fantasies about that married woman.

Just don't act out your fantasies and travel to Alaska, grey_whiskers. Todd Palin has a gun and he probably would not appreciate some pervert thinking that he has "a chance" to "score" with his wife just because the pervert wants her to run for President.

“Christian fundamentalist”....By his actions, obviously he’s not. I can call myself a martian as well, doesn’t mean it’s true.

Quisling is still alive and well in Norway

Vidkun Quisling was chief Nazi collaborator in Norway during WWII

Something rotten in Norway
by Manfred Gerstenfeld
Monday March 28, 2011

“People told me when I came to Norway that the country has a long tradition of anti-Semitism. They were wrong. It is not history. It is happening here and now.” Top Harvard lawyer Alan Dershowitz had excellent reasons to make this statement when he visited Norway...
Norwegian society is dominated by a left of center elite group of politicians, journalists, academics, NGOs and some bishops. Among these elites one finds many anti-Israeli hate mongers, obsessed with a small country thousands of kilometers away. One among many examples of how distorted the views of this elite group is that 9% of Norwegian journalists voted for the minute extreme left Red party. Almost none however, support the pro-Israeli Progress party, one of the two major opposition parties, or the smaller Christian Democrats.

“The Big Lie of the late 20th century was that Nazism was Rightist. It was in fact typical of the Leftism of its day. It was only to the Right of Stalin’s Communism. The very word “Nazi” is a German abbreviation for “National Socialist” (Nationalsozialist) and the full name of Hitler’s political party (translated) was “The National Socialist German Workers’ Party” (In German: Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei)” - Dr. John Joseph Ray http://jonjayray.comuv.com/main.html

What did the US Senate do on gun control yesterday? or are you talking about them tabling the budget bill?

Yesterday, July 22, 2011, 51 U.S. Senators publicly went on record as opposing the ratification of any U.N. Small Arms/Gun Control Treaty that contained provisions restricting the civilian or private ownership of firearms and/or adversly effecting the 2nd Amendment. (Link Below)

U.S. Senate Stands with NRA in Strongly Opposing U.N Gun Control Efforts

Now, a few of those 51 Senators may go wobbly over what happened in Norway, but I fell that there will still be over 40 who will never vote to ratify any UN Treaty that contains provisions for restricting the 2nd Amendment/private or civilian ownership of firearms. As of now, if this treaty passes the UN with any restrictions (major or minor) on private/civilian ownership of firearms, it will be DOA in the Senate and not become law here.

As you may be aware, for any treaty to be ratified by the U.S. Senate, it requires 2/3 of the U.S. Senate to approve the treaty, or 67 Senators. So the UN can pass any Gun Control Treaty they wish, it will have no effect within the United States unless or until the U.S. Senate ratifies this. This does not take into account court challenges to any potential gun control treaty, challenging it on a constitutional basis.

I’ve been reading all his comments on various sites he visited. They guy is not stupid by any means, and appears to have an ordered an disciplined mind in what he believes politically. But I am unconvinced he is a Christian, rather he purposed using the church as an ally for political gain.

Also comes across as an activist....so the question remains...how did these play into his actions of killing? At what point does ones reasoning ability shift as his did, to that of taking life?

I would love to see evidence to the contrary.

But this looks like a Norwegian Tim McVeigh including National Alliance type affections and pre Christian pagan lore desires.

Crazy as hell but in the same knarr....

He or he and his accomplices must have been very determined to basically hunt down and murder children like that. That rivals SS personal kills in such a short period.

I can't imagine...people who think evil does not inhabit the human form are naive.

Yes...this will hurt us...it doesn't matter if it's fair.

This is the age of perception and hurling smears.

And attacks like this or McVeigh is why liberals so fear anything they perceive as right wing. Folks perceived as white right wingers are scary..because we have higher expectations of civility.

That is why we look at Nazis as scarier than commissars.

We expect civilized white people to be well...civilized.

Angry deranged whites are indeed capable monsters...and that scares the others..

What a tragedy...poor families

Murdering children proves this demon was not a Christian, but the servants of the lie must make their lies grow don’tchaknow.

It is really sad how many liberals almost seem giddy that 90 people are dead just so they can post on CNN “ah ha, he was a Teabagger lol”

When a right-winger does something bad, I am just as angry as if it were a Muslim. Though this guy was a Nazi.....he was WAY WAY WAY right almost to the point of being extreme left.

Breivik was repeatedly critical of Nazis in his Document.no posts, for what it’s worth:

“For me it is very hypocritical to treat Muslims, Nazis and Marxists differ. They are all supporters of hate-ideologies. Not all Muslims, Nazis and Marxists are conservative, most are moderate. But does it matter? A moderate Nazi might, after having experienced fraud, choose to be conservative. A moderate Muslim can, after being refused to enter a club, be conservative, etc.

It is obvious that the moderate supporters of hate-ideologies, at a later date may choose conservatism.

Islam (ism) has historically led to 300 million deaths
Communism has historically led to 100 million deaths
Nazism has historically led to 6-20 million deaths

ALL hate ideologies should be treated equally.”

Well, I'm just wondering why spare gov't bureaucrats by bombing on a holiday and then go out and slaughter children? Was there structural damage to the building? If not, was the building spared for some reason? Maybe it's just the guy's a homicidal monster who picked that day because it was his day off, spared the building because he couldn't do any worse, and murdered the kids because they made an easy target.

But if there is more to this, then we may be getting our info from a gov't that could benefit in some way from this carnage. And if so, then we can't trust the info.

For now a single person can kill a few thousand.

Less than 100 died. While a lot, that's not a few thousand and fewer than an airline disaster.

“A third degree Mason.....of course they’ve issued a statment that they cannot speak about anything concerning this man. Which is generally a level most can reach easily...and designed so they can do just that. But he would have had to go thru their rituals/rites...which themselves are pretty morbid.”

What this individual did goes against every tenet of Freemasonry. Obviously, you speak of Freemasonry through total ignorance. Are you related, by chance, to someone in the White House?

Have you read any of MestaMachine’s comments?

Here is one, she is on this:

Here is something overlooked. It might seem minor, but the guy had sympathy for iran and the shia. shia=hizbullah. Against wahabi islam or saudi arabia. THIS is a connection I would jump on with both feet since it was NORWAY that gave asylum to a very high rankng iranian cabinet official who defected to the west that ticked iran off no end.

I have never understood why the West focus so disproportionately on Iran and so little on the Wahhabi Saudi leadership, which after all is the most dangerous and most powerful Muslim central power. We should, of course, as soon as the bombing suspect their facilities but otherwise focus much more on Saudi. Could it be something that Iran is not a major oil exporter?

Shias make up a relatively small proportion of Muslims and has absolutely no influence on the Sunnis.

I would actually argue that we undermine our own interests by unilaterally attacking the only relatively weak alternative to Sunni Islam. If Iran falls to Wahhabi position strengthened considerably, since they have no competitors.

We should not forget that Saudi Arabia and several other Sunni Muslim countries want to destroy Iran. Nor is Iran that has built 300-500 Wahhabi centers around around Europe of the finances only 2 of 30 Jihad Fronts around the around the world.

And this article recently posted but I don’t have the FR link to the thread:

Hi Mesta....I was just reading thru his documents and comments on various sites. I would agree he seemed to sympathize with Iran and the shia....but overall he was very much involved, if only active in his mind, with political manuvering and attempts to motivate those who are active..both on line and otherwise it appears.

He was disgusted at various times that his ideas and comments were not taken serious enough for various news and political entities to hire him...or at least give him a public say.

He metioned writing a book he was going to publish as well...

I dont know about this character Mesta...but I would assume since he did not get the notoriety he was seeking and thought deserving of he was going to get the attention this way....but the questions still remain...who helped him? This operation just seemed too big for one man without some others at least aware something was amiss...or in fact a part of it.

the last ruling by the Supreme Court was 5 - 4 regarding the right to keep and bear arms by the citizens. 4 of the Supreme Court justices went against the Constitution just last year and voted (technically) to abolish the 2nd Amendment. This is what I recall. Someone please correct me, if this (the Supreme Court's decision) could be interpreted another way.
