I don't think the terrorist organizations are that insane....this will be a backlash of epic proportions. No one believes that children should be massacred like that.
It was a few incidences like this in smaller numbers that turned Iraq against al-Qaida.

this is terrorism. a terrorist group has claimed responsibility for the bombing and the shooting. it’s terrorism. it’s time to repay the muzzies for this. time to show them what happens to dogs that kill children.

There have been numerous attacks against large numbers of children in Iraq. Islamists have no problem killing children.
