zer0 cares NOTHING about food stamp recipients. He cares EVERYTHING about tearing up the constitution. IF Art 1 section 8 said the federal government Shall provide Americans with food stamps from the public till, and not mention national defense, as opposed to the other way around, zer0 today would be clamoring to cut food stamps and Spend Spend Spend on the military.
