Looks like Russia's taking the lead in space now, as reported in most news agencies. Putin's wasted no time in delivering they will now take the mantel for space exploration...a vacum quickly filled. As for NASA's outreach programs...they are already in play...you can bank on our technology being handed over. It's a part of Obama's spread the wealth around so all can benefit....He's so stupid...they will use any technology against us...but what does he care...the sooner this nation falls the happier he will be.
