Her dual role as a congressman and Chairman of the Democratic National Committee needs to be exposed, and hammered on, because there is clear conflict and it is clearly inappropriate for a sitting congressman to hold both positions. She must resign one office or the other.

I wondered about that as well. So how come the Republicans aren't making a fuss about this?
