Give the Senate until Aug 1 to reject it or ignore it then pass the exact same bill minus the BBA and tell the Rats, RINOs and Obama to take it or leave it, end of offers.

I don’t like the plan as is, without the BBA its really bad.
I like Bachmann’s plan - don’t raise the debt ceiling - it was put there for a reason. The house just needs to pass a bill that appropriately prioritizes the spending after Aug. 2. We want military and veterans paid first and medicaid abortions and Acorn paid last (i.e. not at all).
