I think this poster is jumping the gun. McConnell, Boehner, and Cantor don't seem to be backing down. Obama keeps insisting on tax hikes and the Republicans don't seem to be caving. I think the McConnell deal this poster is talking about is one that Obama won't agree to.

THEY ALWAYS CAVE! That’s how we got into the mess we are in today. Hell, they even caved years ago when they held the majority in both houses!

I make no statement in jest when I pronounce the GOP as the” Go along to get along” party. They have no stones, no backbones, and no aggressive behavior. They have been totally domesticated by the Democrats.
