How do you know?
If God wants to be revealed to someone, is your permission needed?
Is the permission of any religion needed?
Cart/Horse.
I find it fascinating that, instead of being grateful that one's personal religion enables one to find a way to reach out to God, that the common attitude is to decide that that limited, personal understanding is the only way God may be reached for anyone - all while declaring God infinite.
But infinite... means infinite.
We live in God's universe - God doesn't live in ours.
God does what God does.
WE play catch-up.
Good question.. of anybody.. you only have your experience..
Beck's experience is his experience..
But the politics of it all may have some impact..
Beck has exposed some pretty gutsy stuff recently..
I give him some room to be wrong or imaginative on some issues..
Who's perfect?..
Most religions are Cargo Cults anyway.. maybe all of them..
They seem to be similar with different cargos...
God may be separated from religion, all of them..
Be nice if that were so.. a generic God.. What a concept!.
Government and Religion both enforce morality..
Two sides of the same coin, probably...
Both seem to suck at it..
