No, the Constitution prevents Congress from establishing an official Church of the United States.

Unbelievable! It prevents the government from setting up a state religion which along with freedom of speech guarantees us the right to practice and believe as we will. It does not give citizens outside of the government the right to dictate or limit the beliefs or practices of others. It’s a small, other than Christian mind that will denigrate another’s belief in God or Christ because their beliefs are not the same as yours.
