http://thetruthaboutguns.com/2011/07/brad-kozak/atf-death-watch-33-c-spans-smoking-gun/ Watch the video, about the 54 second mark. That might get you a little closer--and he does call it "Gun runner".

Thanks. Smoking gun indeed. It really gets interesting at the end (about 1:04) when he indicates that ATF will now be assigned to Mexico to trace weapons trafficked to the cartel members..

Joe, It doesn't matter if he calls it Gunrunner, Bunny Hop, or Dipsie Doodle. I want people to put on their thinking caps here.

Did he get in front of a Mexican crowd at a conference and tell them that Operation Gunrunner was in place and that he was allowing guns to be sent to from the United States to Drug Cartel members in Mexico? And then did he further say that he was expanding the gunrunning operation?

My point, again, is that he can revise and extend his statement and say that he was aware of Operation Gunrunner as it related to kidnapping and ransoms, but he was never aware that Operation Gunrunner was an operation to allow rifles from United States gun stores to be allowed to fall into the hands of Mexican Drug Cartels.

There is NOT enough that I can see at this time to convict of him of perjury before Congress. He has too many outs.
