I don’t know as peer pressure will do it. There are some very loud posters who believe we need to be “rude, crude and distasteful” and I find that awful. That kind of discourse is why society is in the shape it’s in. There is a total lack of respect for their fellow men.
If you read my vanity profanity thread, you will see a few posters who responded positively and resolved to try to do better. Will that “cure” the problem? No.
Could it help, a little? Maybe.
