I’m sorry people don’t believe in jury trials any more. we should have just skipped the trial since you and the media are so certain of her guilt.

Casey Anthony is a repugnant woman who will probably be dead in five years. She won’t be missed.

But she got her day in court, as all Americans should be entitled.

I hope the burden of proof continues to rest with the state before the liberals and media mob eliminate due process.

One thing you are overlooking. We as Americans have the right to speak out when we believe there ha been a travesty of justice.

Sorry it bugs you so much, but deal with it.

Look, this wasn't a case where Casey was charged with walking down the street and doing a snatch and grab on sombody else's kid and then killing him or her.

She starts out with CUSTODY of the kid. She loses the kid somehow, parties for a month, and finally tells a lie about why the kid is missing 31days later at the prompting of her mother.

That's a lot different.

Because of the custody and possession aspect of the case we necessarily treat Casey's statements a bit different than those of someone who was just a stranger.

People who have kids know these things intimately. People without kids find it incredible we might hold a parent accountable for their own child's whereabouts.

She's guilty ~

More nonsense. Why do you keep saying this stuff?

"I’m sorry people don’t believe in jury trials any more. we should have just skipped the trial since you and the media are so certain of her guilt."

Nobody is saying that. That's not the point. We have every right to disagree with a jury verdict. That doesn't equate to throwing out the system.

"I hope the burden of proof continues to rest with the state before the liberals and media mob eliminate due process."

Again, who had the burden of proof is not the point, and no mob is trying to eliminate due process. All that's happened here is that a particular jury in a particular case was incredibly stupid, and the public recognizes it.
