That would be nice. When Google released its Panda algorithym, it tossed thousands of small businesses out of businesses. Guess who was behind that? Big business and the commies in the media, such as the New York Times.
The Panda manipulation transferred more than $1 billion in adsense to the dinosaur media and the corporate fascists.
Google needs to be smashed to pieces, with its adwords division sold off, along with adsense. Google is liberal and does evil.

Soon the FTC will be in control over the internet and it will be just like China.
If I wanted to bet on a conspiracy theory, then I would bet this is to make it look like the FTC is “really concerned” about Google and “really going to look into it”, and in the end “really investigating it” and finally “really did find nothing wrong” - telling everyone else to just move on; while their “real” investigation will be an empty effort.
