A lady called in on a local radio station this morning who was good friends with one of the jurors in this case.

Her friend said no one on that jury felt she was innocent and they all cried as they finished deliberating.

The prosecution failed to connect the dots so they had to let her go.

This jury NEVER reviewed the evidence to see what they had. They couldn’t wait to go home and get out of there. Good riddance to bad rubbish....no sympathy from me because they cried. What a cop out.

Interesting.

Would some atny on FR who’s familiar with the true powers of juries in our system give an opinion as to what COULD have happened by a jury exercising such powers in this case?

Wow. They actually thought she WAS guilty but they still all voted NOT. Probably because they didn’t like that there was no concrete CSI type evidence available to the prosecution. I’m telling you. This mind-numbed over- entertained society we have is going to be letting a lot of baby killers go free because circumstancial evidence is just not “good” enough for them anymore. Huh.

Did they listen to the same summation I did? And nearly everyone else in America? I thought the prosecutors were spectacular.

This jury will be as hated as Casey - they had the chance to put her away and didn’t take even a full day. They left the jury room at 6pm and already knew their answer because they all came dressed the next morning - all they did was finish the paperwork. They can all suffer the disgust from those of us who feel they were too stupid to connect the information given to them. It was all there - casey wins because she dumped the child in a swamp and she laid there long enough for the evidence to vanish

as they finished deliberating.

What we want to know is just exactly 'what' did they deliberate over to arrive at a not guilty decision.
