I agree with you about this- Jeff Ashton just now in an interview alluded to the same- he said it would have been too much hearsay because no one would own up to the fight.

There’s a lot we don’t now- but guess what- Zanny The Nanny has filed her suit against Casey for July 19th- Casey will be DEPOSED and have to ANSWER QUESTIONS about Caylee etc.

Casey has nothing to lose at this point. She could spill the beans about what happened on the 15th. As manipulative as she is, I wonder how long it will take for her to threaten them with that info.

It might not be criminal (unless they swore under oath), but it could cause embarrassment and expose them all as being the same liar she.
