There was also less evidence against the guy who murdered Chandra Levy then there was against Casey Anthony..Chandra’s body was in the park for a YEAR..a whole YEAR and no one accused the person who found the remains to have planted them for financial gain..the guy was convicted of murder and rape..but but, how can you tell it was rape, it was just human remains, but the guy was convicted..Scott Peterson, convicted on less evidence then this..Susan Smith should have gotten off if you really look at it, if she had used the Casey Anthony defense she would be walking the streets right now..
Speaking of Susan Smith she is requesting a new trial in the DROWNING deaths of her 2 sons because her stepFATHER MOLESTED her as a child. Sound familiar?
