There was absolutely better evidence in the Scott Peterson case. Not all circumstantial evidence is equal.

But. that isn't mu argument at all. I am saying that the prosecutor didn't do a very good job of trying this case.

I am also saying that when juries come to incorrect conclusions, the lawyer is at fault - not the jury.

The one exception to this is the OJ trial, where racism on the part of the jury controlled the verdict.

Snotty Peterson was convicted on less evidence than they had against Casey Anthony. The difference is Casey is female. That’s basically the bottom line here.
