I love Vinnie Politano. He is appalled beyond words. He said he would have asked this jury "Doe a mother who is innocent let her child be eaten by maggots when she knows where she is?" (or similar words).

This wasn't hard, it was easy. Our American has gotten stupid and lazy. People are no longer able to make logical connections, use deductive reasoning, and evaluate circumstancial and direct evidence. Baez prayed that the jury not be "emotional."

He is damn lucky they were.

I' ve been called for jury duty 6 or 7 times in both federal and state court. Every time I am summarily dismissed by the defense. Why? Because they don't like older white men with conservative views, they love liberals with bleeding hearts and minorities in my experience.

Now I know this is anecdotal since I've only been involved 7 times but that is my experience and the experience of others I've talked to while sitting in the courtroom waiting to be dismissed.

How could this woman not be guilty of aggravated child abuse when she failed to report a missing two year old for a month? Disgusting.

Dr. Glass said sometime back that the State would have problems down the road because they did not hire a jury consultant. In OJ’s case the Prosecution hired a jury consultant and then Marcia Clark ignored all of the consultant’s advice. Sigh.
